We're having a wonderful time with our new grandson Blake and his parents Cory and Shannon in New Brunswick.  Grandchildren are such a blessing, don't you think?

Not to worry, I won't start bragging about how beautiful our baby boy is. I'll just sit here and marvel at how precious life is.

Hope you're all doing great out there in blogland.

  4. Oh,you can brag all you want! There's nothing quite like being a grandparent. My oldest grandson is sixteen...and it seems like yesterday that I saw him for the first time. Oh, I miss the baby sweetness of him and the others that came after him....but he's a pretty awesome teen, too.

    Thanks for sharing. Blake is gorgeous. Truly...and he has hair!

  5. How can you NOT brag when he's so adorable? I can say I understand exactly how special this time is for you, because I'm currently sharing Thanksgiving weekend with family, too, and getting my first peek at our newest member, my great-grandson. I'm a little envious, though... your little one opens his eyes for you. Mine sleeps through all the photo sessions.

    @Adriana, I can't begin to say just how precious our little one is. Thanks.

    @Carrie, I did. thanks.

    @Wendy, thanks!

    @Laurel, you nailed it. It's his sweetness and pure perfection. Teens aren't usually known for that. LOL.

    @Carol, lol, I usually woke Blake up by applying many many kisses. It was especially nice that he let me.

    @Hi Carol. Yes, red hair! thanks.

    @Hilary, I love all those names, especially mama and poppy for DH.
