Interviewed by Suzanne de Montigny

I'm being interviewed by a fellow British Columbian and fellow MuseItUp author Suzanne de Montigny over at her blog, Suzanne's Thoughs for the Day. Leave a comment for a chance to win a copy of one of my ebooks! !

Suzanne's middle grade children's novel

My house is located directly under the letter B below.

(squinting) Uh... no, I think it's the lake house under the C.

In contrast, Suzanne lives an inch above Washington, 700 km south of me, in Burnaby, next to Vancouver. Wave, Suzanne!

My family and I would like to extend our sympathies and prayers to those affected by Boston's tragedy.

  1. I'll check it out. I love this unicorn cover too :)

  2. I'd love to read your story. I'll be sure to stop by and leave a comment today.

  3. Glad it's under the C. B looks like a tough neighborhood. :)

  4. I'm going over, too. (And I tried to comment from your previous comment but got to an author's page where one could list one's books so moved on as I wasn't sure what to do.)

Thank you for your kind words about Boston. Hub had lunch today with his best bud who's friend's daughter crossed the finish line seconds before the first bomb exploded. Her father's a combat-tested Marine who's shaking over the closeness of it all. . . and mad! As is hub--!!

  5. Hey Joylene,

I visited, I commented, I felt a sense of accomplishment, I left. Now, I'm back here. Hi Joylene! Suzanne's Unicorn look like it's trying to make a point.

I looked real hard at the map of B.C., eh. I'm almost sure I saw you waving.

And I reflect upon the atrocity that happened in Boston.

That's it, my work is done here...

    1. Most undoubtedly, your work is here is done, Gary. LOL. Most superbly too.

  6. It must be gorgeous where you live. I visited Canada twice and loved all the greenery and the clean, fresh air. I'm heading over to the other blog to read your interview! :-)

  7. Like Gary, I visited, now I'm back, and I too feel a great sense of accomplishment!

    Bye for now, Joylene :)

  8. clicked over to Suzanne's too. I am buzzing around cyberspace this evening. Enjoyed the interview. Your imagination creation is unending. You go, grrrrrl.!

  9. On my way. Love the unicorn book cover!

  10. The cover looks nice. Checking out since Alex mentioned you. Hi.

  11. hahaha - love how you described finding your house on a map :)
